Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 30 days after your order is marked delivered. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Before sending anything back, email support@modenoro.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. After we receive and inspect an eligible return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
Items clearly marked final sale and gift cards are not returnable except where required by law. For an exchange, complete a return and place a new order for the preferred item.
