Modenoro ships to eligible U.S. addresses. Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on the destination and items ordered.
Orders are prepared for shipment after payment is confirmed. Tracking information is provided when available. Delivery estimates may include carrier transit time but are not guarantees; weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, address issues, and other circumstances can cause delays. Some orders may arrive in more than one package.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support@modenoro.com as soon as possible if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment.
If we cannot ship within the stated or otherwise required time, we will contact you with a revised estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a full refund. If a package appears lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, contact support@modenoro.com with your order number so we can review the shipment with the carrier.
