Payment Options

The payment methods currently available for an order are shown during checkout. Availability can vary by billing country, device, currency, and the payment services active at the time of purchase. The checkout screen—not a footer logo or an older screenshot—is the authoritative list.

How payment is handled

Payment details are submitted to the payment provider made available in checkout. Modenoro receives the information needed to confirm and manage an order but does not require customers to email complete card details.

Currency and conversion

Store prices are displayed in the currency shown on the site and at checkout. A bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or international transaction fee when the account currency differs from the checkout currency.

If payment does not go through

Check that billing details match the information held by the payment provider, then try again or choose another method displayed at checkout. If the issue continues, contact the provider first, or email support@modenoro.com with the time of the attempt and any non-sensitive error message. Do not send a password, one-time code, or full card number.

Order confirmation

An authorization or pending bank entry does not by itself confirm acceptance of an order. The order confirmation sent by Modenoro records the items submitted, subject to availability and the Terms of Service.
