These terms apply to the Modenoro website, its content, customer accounts, and purchases. The store is operated by SNAPMODE TRADING PTE. LTD. By using the site, a visitor agrees to these terms and the policies linked from the store.
Eligibility and account use
You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase agreement in your location or use the service with a parent or guardian where required. Account and checkout information must be current and accurate. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity performed through the account.
Catalog information
Modenoro sells women’s clothing, men’s clothing, beauty and personal-care products, and home and living goods. We try to present descriptions, photographs, options, availability, and prices clearly. Screen settings can affect color, product measurements can vary, and packaging may change. Information may be corrected or updated without prior notice.
Prices and orders
Prices and applicable shipping charges are shown before an order is submitted. An order confirmation records receipt of the order but does not prevent cancellation or refund for unavailable stock, a clear pricing or technical error, payment failure, suspected fraud, legal restriction, or misuse. We may limit quantities or refuse an order where reasonably necessary.
Payment, delivery, and returns
Only payment methods displayed at checkout are supported. Payment providers process payment credentials. Shipping estimates and charges are described in the Shipping Policy and at checkout. Return eligibility, the 30-day request window, hygiene limits, and refund handling are set out in Returns & Refunds; both policies form part of these terms.
Safe product use
Review product instructions, warnings, measurements, and materials before use. Beauty and personal-care products are for the use described on the product page or supplied instructions and are not medical treatment. Stop use if irritation or discomfort occurs and seek appropriate professional advice when needed. Household goods should be used only for their stated purpose and kept away from children where the product requires it.
Prohibited conduct
You may not break applicable law, infringe intellectual property, submit false information, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape or overload the service, impersonate another person, misuse promotions, or use the site to harm other people.
Intellectual property
Store branding, layout, text, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to the operator and may not be copied, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without permission, except where law permits.
Third-party services and links
The store relies on third parties such as SHOPLINE, payment providers, and carriers and may link to external services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for external content or services outside our control.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided as available and without a promise that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free. SNAPMODE TRADING PTE. LTD. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss that could not reasonably have been foreseen. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Governing law and disputes
Unless mandatory consumer law in the customer’s location provides otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Before starting formal proceedings, please email support@modenoro.com so the issue can be reviewed. Any dispute not resolved informally will be handled by a court with lawful jurisdiction.
Changes
We may post revised terms when the store, law, or services change. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after publication is subject to the revised terms for later activity.
